The local groups members join. Duckit has roughly 172 of them.

• •Every community is attached to one real place from the Gazetteer, and that place is what decides who is allowed to join it.
• •Add Community creates a new group; click a row to see that community's events.
• •Anything you change here shows up in the app straight away, so double-check the name and place before saving.
